Email Receipt Error (fixed)

There had been some problems with my email account and I hadn't been able to receive emails sent to the store address in the last couple of days. I'm so sorry but if you had sent me an email directly I have not been able to receive it so would you kindly send it to me again please. All the orders and inquiries sent via shop website have all been received and are being processed.
