Email Receipt Error (fixed)

There had been some problems with my email account and I hadn't been able to receive emails sent to the store address in the last couple of days. I'm so sorry but if you had sent me an email directly I have not been able to receive it so would you kindly send it to me again please. All the orders and inquiries sent via shop website have all been received and are being processed.

PRAY FOR JAPAN

Thank you for your warm comments left on the previous post and messages sent to me at UGUiSU. Your wonderful thoughts and support are greatly appreciated and I have been comforted by each message received in this uneasy time we are going through at the moment. We are now saving electricity so I packed as many UGUiSU orders as possible before I could do it without turning the lights on. Orders received until today are now all ready to be shipped, and I have donated 100% of the money spent on the purchased items to help the victims of this tragic earthquake & tsunami through Red Cross Japan.
And I've decided to donate 80% of the profits made from all sales for at least one week.

P.S.
I understand many of the items are now out of stock and that is causing inconvenience, but I would like to wait for a little bit longer before ordering new stock just to give my suppliers and the courier company less work as everyone is still shaken up though mostly staying pretty calm. Dear Customers,

I have emailed each of you who have placed orders in the last 3 days but would also like to inform here in case my email goes into your junk mail box and never to be read.

I would like to let you know that each of your order is being processed though slower than it normally should due to this terrifying earthquake that hit Japan yesterday afternoon.
Your packages/purchased items are safely kept in my office and will hopefully be shipped out soon from early next week. However please note that it may take a little bit longer than it would normally take to be shipped out of the country.
Apologies for the inconvenience but I really appreciate your understandings. I promise to ship out your orders as soon as possible but if any of you would prefer to cancel your orders please email back and I will happily cancel with the refund of full amount.

Today, I am so happy to introduce 7 new items that have been added to UGUiSU online store. All very simple but beautifully packaged items, proudly designed and manufactured in Japan!
