I can't believe it's already the season, but now is the time to start thinking about Christmas! Delivery time is never guaranteed when standard or registered airmail is selected but during the holiday season delivery time for international shipping can take longer than normal time, so we recommend you place your orders as soon as possible (preferably before 30 November) if you would like your orders to arrive before 25th December using standard or registered airmail!

You can also set the recipients' address to other than yours so we can directly ship what you purchase to your friends and family worldwide! If you would like to include a message you can tell us in the remark box upon checkout.

You can still place your orders after 1st December to receive before 25th December, but we recommend you select EMS shipping option which should take less than a week to reach most parts of the world. But please also allow up to 5 business days before your orders are dispatched.

During the last half of November into December, international delivery can take a lot longer than other times and the deadline for guaranteed delivery before December 25 by STANDARD AIRMAIL is usually around November 15th. So this year we set order deadline to November 13th for guaranteed delivery before December 25 with standard airmail and registered airmail options.

All orders received before November 13th Japan Time (UTC+9) will be shipped before November 16th, but ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER NOVEMBER 14TH WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL AFTER NOVEMBER 27TH. (We will stop processing new orders received after Nov 14th until Nov 26th)

If you select EMS shipping option, your order will still be delivered before December 25th when orders placed after November 14th. The deadline for EMS shipping will be announced later.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Delivery Delay

Due to the volcanic ash cloud in Europe, all packages going to EU, Middle East, Africa and Canada are being held up on the way. To make sure all packages will not be treated badly while kept at the post office among with mountains of other packages, your orders will be kept safe under our care until the situation will be calmed down and look brighter.

Orders from Australia and US will be processed normally, however a little delays in delivery may be possible. I appreciate your understanding and I hope this problem will be cleared very soon.

Delivery Time During the Holiday Season.

Delivery time during the holiday season can take longer than usual. To most countries, the Japan Post advices to ship before 1st December for delivery by 24 December. However, we can not guarantee the delivery time. Please choose EMS (Express Mail) delivery if you would like to have your package delivered quicker. (14 December is the deadline for holiday shipping by EMS for most countries set by the Japan Post.
All orders placed and paid before 12:00AM 30th November will be shipped on 1st December.

New delivery rate will be applied after 13 October 2009.

Responding to the changes of exchange rate of US dollers, the new delivery rate will be applied on shopping at UGUiSU online store. I've been thinking so hard whether I should do this or not for some time now, but the news on exchange rate of the US dollers haven't been so friendly to me and it seems to be getting worse everyday. So I have decided I have to modify the delivery/handling charges and that will start from 13 October.

Current rate will be applied to all orders received and paid before 10am Tokyo time on 13 October so please hurry to save on some money though the change will not be that big.
